Responsibilities: Perform fiber optic splicing, termination, and testing. Troubleshoot and repair fiber optic networks. Maintain detailed project documentation. Work collaboratively with field teams to ensure quality and efficiency. Requirements: Prior experience as a Fiber Optic Splicer (construction or telecom background preferred). Must be open and available to travel between counties as needed. Strong attention to detail and safety practices. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
