Customer Service Representative

Area: Customer Service / Logistics Modality: Hybrid - Based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, México Position type: Full-time Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco Languages: Bilingual (English & Spanish) Job Description: We are looking to add an Independent Customer Service Professional to its team, with fluency in English, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent organizational and communication skills. The position aims to ensure efficient and professional customer service by coordinating deliveries, tracking orders, and preparing administrative documentation. Candidates with training in chemistry, chemical engineering, logistics, or related fields who understand the technical and operational processes related to industrial and logistics products or services will be especially valued. Responsibilities : Communicate with customers via phone and email. Coordinate deliveries with the logistics and distribution teams. Elaborate sales order confirmation. Review/approve invoices from service providers. Pay close attention to detail. Prepare, update, and file administrative documents, reports, and customer records. Keep information up to date and organized in Excel spreadsheets and databases. Follow up on requests, incidents, and requirements until they are satisfactorily resolved. Qualifications & Skills: Experience in companies in the chemical, manufacturing, or distribution sector is desirable. One year of experience in similar positions (customer service, technical support, or logistics coordination—desirable). Experience in remote work (desirable). Fluency in English (advanced level B2/C1). Proficiency in Excel and Office suite. Problem analysis and resolution. Numerical/mathematical skills. High level of organization, planning, and attention to detail. Results-oriented and service-minded attitude. Proactivity, responsibility, and ability to work independently.
