Job Description

Clinical Operations Manager Location: On-site Guadalajara, Mexico. Note: The candidate can be from anywhere in Mexico, but must be willing to relocate to Guadalajara, Mexico before starting. Role Summary We are seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to oversee large-scale service delivery across multiple sites in Guadalajara, Mexico. This role will lead 3–5 direct reports and manage a span of 150–250 team members, with full P&L ownership. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, lead client engagements, and enable long-term strategic initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: Delivery & Operations: Lead process improvement initiatives, leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency. Manage P&L for clinical services across multiple sites, optimizing budget and resources. Serve as operational liaison between project teams and vertical leads, ensuring effective communication. Monitor performance dashboards, support escalation management, and implement monitoring improvements. Optimize resource allocation across projects, shifts, and service lines. Develop and execute business continuity and disaster recovery plans in coordination with GRIC. Drive cross-functional collaboration to streamline service delivery. Implement operational efficiency initiatives in collaboration with process excellence/transformation teams. Leadership & Team Management: Foster a customer-centric, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture. Support talent development through training, coaching, and succession planning. Drive recruitment and retention strategies, managing team composition to align with business needs. Engage teams through regular discussions and feedback sessions to boost morale and performance. Client Management: Support client relationship management and account growth initiatives. Address escalations, understand client needs, and provide timely solutions. Lead client discussions in key meetings, including metrics reviews, MBRs, and QBRs. Track regulatory changes and market trends to provide strategic guidance to clients. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Project revenue and margin performance Customer NPS and churn Employee NPS and retention SLA adherence and quality standards Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, or a clinical discipline; OR MD, MHA, MBA, MPH, or Nursing Administration Master’s. 8-10 years in leadership roles managing clinical support functions (e.g., revenue cycle, coding, clinical documentation). Proven experience managing P&L across multiple sites and optimizing budgets. Experience as a licensed clinician (MD, nurse, or allied health professional) is a plus. Expertise in process improvement, project management, and service line expansion (Lean Six Sigma experience preferred). Strong client and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability in leading large teams and managing talent development. Knowledge of healthcare compliance and data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
