Job Title: Manager, Clinical Service Lines Location: Guadalajara, Mexico (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 mxn monthly Experience Level: Senior Management (8-10 years) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Clinical Service Lines Manager to lead and optimize clinical operations across multiple sites in Guadalajara. This strategic leadership role requires expertise in healthcare operations, P&L management, and team development, with a focus on delivering exceptional clinical services while driving operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Delivery Management Manage P&L and budget allocation for clinical services across multiple sites Implement process improvement initiatives leveraging technology and best practices Monitor performance dashboards and lead escalation management procedures Optimize resource utilization across sites, shifts, and service offerings Develop business continuity and disaster recovery plans Drive cross-functional collaboration between IT, Admin, and transformation teams Leadership & Team Development Lead 3-5 direct reports with 150-250 total team members Foster a customer-centric, inclusive culture promoting innovation and high performance Implement talent development programs and coaching initiatives Manage recruitment strategies to reduce attrition and maintain optimal talent mix Conduct monthly focused group discussions with 30% of team members Client & Stakeholder Management Serve as primary point of contact for client relationships and escalations Lead key client meetings (MBRs, QBRs, metrics reviews) Support account growth initiatives and customer success strategies Track regulatory changes and market trends to inform client strategy QualificationsRequired Experience & Education 8-10 years in healthcare operations leadership (revenue cycle, clinical documentation) Medical Degree (MD) with Master's (MHA, MBA, MPH) Proven P&L management experience across multiple sites Expertise in process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma preferred) Experience managing large teams (150 employees) Preferred Qualifications Clinical background as licensed clinician (MD, RN, or allied health professional) Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations (HIPAA) Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish Key Competencies Strong financial acumen and analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management High integrity and attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Performance Metrics Project revenues and margins Customer NPS and churn rates Employee NPS and retention SLA adherence and quality standards Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $55,000 - $70,000 MXN Annual performance-based bonus Comprehensive industry benefits package Professional development opportunities
