Job Description
We are hiring a Sales Development Manager in Monterrey! We’re looking for a hunter profile who thrives on building outbound strategies, developing new business with US-based clients, and leading outbound initiatives for our BPO services across industries such as Legal, Tech Support, and Healthcare. The ideal candidate has experience building and managing outbound sales processes, engaging with decision-makers in US-based organizations, and driving consistent pipeline growth. Responsibilities: Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to attract new clients in the US. Lead and mentor a small SDR team to meet outreach and conversion goals. Manage prospecting efforts, track KPIs, and report performance insights. Collaborate with leadership to identify market opportunities and refine sales approaches. Build relationships with key stakeholders and maintain a strong understanding of BPO industry trends. Requirements: 3–6 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or Sales Management roles. Proven success in outbound B2B sales or business development. Experience selling to US clients is required. Strong communication and leadership skills. Fluent English (C1 or higher).
