Sourcing Specialist

The Sourcing Specialist provides support in the following areas: New Model development; cost analysis to achieve target cost, supplier selection. Price Management; generate ideas and get savings for the organization. Supplier control; select and management competitive supplier in order to get continuously improvement in Quality, Performance, and service Price Management: -Price control, from negotiation with supplier selected until register on system for using in Production line -Yearly VI Plan for savings, searching prices more competitive with current supplier or new develop, (5MUSD/Year) -Price History control in order to determinate which price it’s not competitive. New Model Development: -Early enrolment for planning and management of New Model Development. -FPA (First Parts Approval) for New Developments & New Suppliers. -Management of material for DV, PV & PRE-MP Production. -Target Cost Achievement, get the better cost of each component in base of development strategies and negotiations Supplier Management: -Be the intermediate between our company and the supplier for payments or another possible issue. -Review the capacity of each supplier to avoid production line issues. -4M Management, Report and inform to Internal department about any 4M changes with supplier -Assure supplier meet LG Purchasing Contract, deliveries, Safe Inventory, Legal and environment requirement -Apply penalty for supplier how don’t control good quality or good performance (Reduce volume or change supplier) KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES University / Biz. Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Biz. Supplier Control, Prices quotation, Industrial Quality requirement 4 year of Procurement experience English / Intermediate – Advance Sourcing and Purchasing activity
