Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Architect located in Polanco, CMX. The Senior Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural design processes, managing project timelines, guiding a team of collaborators, and integrating sustainable technologies into our designs. Day-to-day tasks include communication with clientes and collaborators, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering projects from concept to completion. Qualifications Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design Experience in Project Management and leading projects Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Architecture Experience with sustainable design practices is a plus Proficiency in BIM methodology (Archicad) from conceptual design through construction documents.
