Babysitter wanted for childcare in Kamloops

We are a small family with a 10-month-old baby boy and a friendly dog. Our son takes 2 naps a day, is formula-fed, and has 3 solid meals (BLW/purees). His routine changes as he grows, so flexibility is important. We need occasional help during the day for appointments, some evenings for date nights, and backup care if he cant attend daycare or needs to come home early. Experience with babies is a must, and comfort with pets is important.
