Manager - SAP Learning & Performance Enablement (IT Transformations)

We're looking for an experience IT Learning & Performance Enablement Manager to lead enterprise learning strategies across global operations - driving adoption, engagement, and lasting impact! In this high-impact role, you'll be a part of the PMO - IT Change management leadership team, leading a group of L&D professionals to design and deliver world-class learning experience that support major SAP and IT transformation initiatives. From learning strategy and content design to tool enablement and analytics, your work will help thousands of employees embrace new technology. What You'll Do: Lead the global IT learning and performance support strategy — from planning to execution. Oversee a team delivering learning programs for large-scale IT projects, including a major SAP S/4HANA upgrade / implementation. Define and evolve learning standards, KPIs, and innovative approaches to digital enablement. Collaborate with PMO, IT, and Business leaders across multiple countries to align training with transformation goals. Manage instructional design, development, translation, and delivery using tools such as Articulate 360 , Vyond , and Workday Learning . Ensure readiness of learning environments, data, and infrastructure for project deployments. Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to your team. What We're Looking for: 10 years’ experience leading learning and adoption for SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) or other large-scale enterprise ERP or IT related systems. Proven track record managing teams and learning deliverables in a global or multi-site IT environment . Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360, Vyond , and Microsoft 365 ; familiarity with Workday Learning is an asset. Strong background in instructional design, digital learning innovation, and performance support strategy. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree in Education, IT, or a related field. Bilingual (English/French or English/Spanish) is considered a strong asset but not required. Why Join?
