Credit Controller 6-month FTC

We are seeking a meticulous and organised Credit Controller on a 6-month fixed-term contract to join a company in the industrial/manufacturing sector. This role is office based but does have some flexibility to work from home odd days if needed. Client Details The company operates within the industrial/manufacturing sector and is a well-established large organisation. They specialise in delivering high-quality products and services, maintaining a strong reputation in their field. The client is flexible in their approach to working hours. Description Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices. Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue payments and resolve outstanding issues. Communicate with clients to ensure prompt payment and address any queries. Allocate cash to the relevant accounts Provide regular reports on aged debt and collection activities. Assist in implementing and improving credit control processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.Profile A successful Credit Controller should have: Previous experience in a similar credit control or accounts receivable role. Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office applications. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills. The ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively. A problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to challenges.Job Offer Competitive salary of £30,000-£35,000. Temporary 6-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension.
