We're Hiring! - Domestic Violence Specialist Nottingham City - fully onsite (near Nottingham Train Station) 37 hours per week | Temporary until March 2026 Salary: £26,705 - £28,340 (depending on qualifications) Are you passionate about empowering women who've experienced domestic abuse? Do you have experience supporting women to access safe housing and accommodation? If so - we want to hear from you! As a SASS (Survivor Advocacy Support Services) Specialist, you'll: ✨ Provide compassionate, culturally sensitive support to women affected by domestic abuse. ✨ Help survivors find and maintain safe accommodation. ✨ Advocate on their behalf with housing teams, social care, health, and justice partners. ✨ Work collaboratively within the Safer Accommodation team based near Nottingham Train Station. You'll be part of a warm, dynamic team that values empowerment, equality, and survivor voice. This is a hands-on, high-impact role - perfect for someone who's flexible, resilient, and ready to make a real difference. What we're looking for: Experience supporting women from BAMER communities experiencing domestic abuse. Knowledge of housing, welfare, and safeguarding. A trauma-informed, person-centred approach.
