Job Title: Site Manager Location: East Midlands, Lincolnshire, Lincoln Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Moday to Friday Primary Industry: Construction - New Build Housing Salary: £65000 - £72000 Per annum benefits Benefits: Car allowance / company car, fuel allowance, private pension scheme, private healthcare, life assurance, shares, additional benefits Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Driving Licence Skills: New build housing, High volume house building A Leading Housing Developer are looking for a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager for a traditional high volume project in Lincolnshire. This is a fast paced site and the ideal candidate will have experience delivering 70 units per year. Opportunity to progress to Project Manager within 18 months. Job Duties: Manage and oversee all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and tradespeople Monitor progress and quality of work, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget Communicate effectively with project team, stakeholders, and clients Maintain accurate project documentation and reports Required Qualifications: SMSTS certification CSCS card Valid First Aid certificate Full UK Driving Licence Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to problem-solve and make quick decisions Proficient in project management software Working Conditions: This role involves working on construction sites in various weather conditions.
