Mechanical Project Manager Location: Grays Inn Road, London Rate: £350 to £450 per day Start: November Duration: Two years Status: Order imminent Project lead for the mechanical scope on a major city scheme. Work for an MEP contractor with secured pipeline into 2027. Responsibilities * Lead mechanical delivery from pre-construction through commissioning and handover * Manage supply chain procurement, progress governance and risk and change control * Own client and consultant interface with clear, timely reporting Requirements * End-to-end mechanical PM experience on large London projects * Commercial acumen and leadership of multi-trade teams * CSCS and SMSTS Apply: Email your CV with values, team sizes and commissioning results
