Commercial Gas Engineer Midlands/Northwest £40,000 - £45,000 Permanent Are you an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer looking for your next career move? As the Commercial Gas Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in the following: * PPM & Reactive maintenance across the West Midlands, Northwest and Central regions. * Servicing contracts to both longstanding and new client base. * Maintenance of Commercial installations including Gas/Oil boilers, pumps, AHUs and general HVAC equipment. * Analyse faults, rectify and ensure correct operation of Mechanical equipment. * Compliance & statutory reports in line with Gas regulations and best practice. * To ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in the role of Commercial Gas Engineer, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role: * Fully conversant with the service & maintenance of commercial gas/oil fired heating & ventilation equipment * Must hold current Gas Safe non-domestic qualifications * OFTEC qualifications would be advantageous * Must be conversant with all aspects of M&E * Must have proven fault finding & diagnostic skills * Must be familiar with tablet based CAFM systems What’s in it for you?
