HSE Advisor Location: Sandwich, Kent travel across the South East Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 £5,000 car allowance private healthcare An established construction and manufacturing group in Kent is seeking an HSE Advisor to support its timber frame factory in Sandwich and associated sites across the South East. Key Responsibilities * Carry out regular HSE audits, inspections, and investigations across sites, offices, and factories * Support accident, incident, and near miss reporting and investigation * Promote behavioural safety and drive a positive safety culture * Assist with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 compliance and internal audits * Liaise with regulatory bodies and attend client and stakeholder meetings * Support continual improvement of company safety systems and standards Requirements * NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (essential) * IOSH or IEMA membership (or working towards) * Experience in HSE within construction or manufacturing * Strong communication, organisational, and influencing skills * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South East Benefits * £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience) * £5,000 car allowance * Private healthcare for the individual * Ongoing professional training and career progression opportunities If you are a motivated HSE Advisor looking to build your career with a forward-thinking organisation that values safety, quality, and people, apply today
