HR Business Partner

Morson is delighted to be partnering with a leading national organisation who are looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to join the team on a 12-month maternity cover basis due to start in January 2026. With an exciting period of change and growth underway, this business is seeking a confident and experienced HR Business Partner to join their collaborative HR team covering East Anglia. The Opportunity Reporting into the HR Director, this role will play a key part in shaping and delivering the people strategy, embedding cultural change, and ensuring HR is seen as a trusted and visible partner across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, operational environment and is passionate about driving engagement, trust, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead on a variety of employee relations matters, including complex casework. Partner with senior and middle management to influence and implement people strategy. Support organisational change, restructuring, and workforce planning aligned with budgets. Build strong and credible relationships with key stakeholders at all levels. Drive cultural and behavioural change, embedding best practice HR across sites. Coach and support the HR Advisor, ensuring consistency and professional excellence. Act as a visible and approachable presence within the business, providing sound, pragmatic HR advice. About You You’ll be an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner with a background in complex, multi-site environments. You’ll have strong stakeholder management skills, resilience, and the confidence to influence senior leaders. We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced in managing ER and change projects end-to-end. Skilled at navigating complex stakeholder relationships with diplomacy and professionalism. Comfortable balancing strategic input with hands-on delivery. Confident, credible, and collaborative – a true “face of HR” within the business. Willing to travel as needed across East Anglia. Available to start in January 2026 on a 12-month fixed term contract. Working Pattern Hybrid model: typically 2–3 days per week on site, with flexibility based on business needs.
