Service Care Solution's has a excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a respected firm in Stirling, working across both commercial and residential property matters. Key Responsibilities Handling a varied caseload of commercial and residential conveyancing matters. Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and related documentation. Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors. Assisting senior solicitors on larger or complex transactions. About You Qualified Solicitor (NQ – 1 year PQE) with experience in property law (commercial or residential). Strong organisational and communication skills. Client-focused approach with attention to detail. Ability to manage a busy workload and work collaboratively.
