Job Title: Property Solicitor Location: Spalding Salary: £40,000 £66,795.67 per year Commission Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Overview: Were recruiting on behalf of a reputable and growing legal practice that is seeking an experienced Property Solicitor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional with a strong background in residential and/or commercial property law, looking to further their career in a supportive and professional environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert legal advice and support on a wide range of property matters, including residential and commercial transactions Handle sales, purchases, leases, transfers, and re-mortgages from instruction to completion Draft and review contracts, lease agreements, and other property-related documentation Conduct due diligence, including title checks, local authority searches, and reviewing planning and environmental issues Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely progression of files Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the development of best practices within the property team Skills & Experience Required: Qualified Solicitor with proven experience in residential and/or commercial property law Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and property legislation Excellent communication and client care skills Detail-oriented with strong organisational and file management abilities Capable of managing a full caseload independently Proficient in Microsoft Office365 and legal case management systems such as LEAP Familiarity with digital dictation tools (e.g. Speechwrite) and legal research resources (e.g. PLC, precedent libraries) Benefits: Competitive salary with commission structure Flexible working arrangements, including work-from-home options Employee discount program Monday to Friday schedule Ready to Make a Move?
