Our Client Wolverhampton Council is looking for a Children's Support Worker to urgently join their Team to complete 1 hour work every day for a month. We're looking for dedicated and empathetic Children's Support Workers to join our team! In this rewarding role, you'll work directly with children and young people who may have: Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) Mental health needs Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Your role will include: Providing 1:1 or group support tailored to individual care plans Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment Promoting independence, emotional well-being, and social development Supporting with daily routines, personal care, and structured activities Working collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and other agenciesWe're looking for someone who: Has experience or a strong interest in working with children with complex needs Is calm, patient, and resilient in challenging situations Understands the importance of safeguarding and child protection Is a great communicator and a team player Holds a relevant qualification (or is willing to work towards one) Why join us?
