Our client, a well-established logistics company based in Technopark, Stellenbosch, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Invoice Clerk to join their finance team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent accounting graduate looking to gain practical experience in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities Capture and process invoices accurately and timeously. Verify pricing, supporting documentation and approval before processing. Maintain accurate financial and administrative records. Assist with reconciliations and resolving invoice discrepancies. Liaise with internal departments and suppliers where required. Provide general administrative support to the finance team. Minimum Requirements Relevant accounting qualification (Degree, Diploma, or Certificate). Strong numerical and administrative skills. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and within a team.
