Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the production department runs smoothly by: making subcomponents to speed up the assembly of engines and gearboxes and assembling simple products in large quantities for stock (mass production). So, you don't build for specific customer orders, which means: no time pressure! You focus entirely on building up stock to reduce delivery times. The work is easy to learn, and with a short explanation, you can start right away. Speaking Dutch or English is sufficient to perform this job well.
