Procurement Manager

As Warehouse, Logistics & Procurement Manager, you’ll take ownership of all warehouse, logistics, and procurement functions. This is a hands-on, autonomous role where your decisions will directly impact efficiency, cost control, and operational performance. You’ll oversee a small but capable team of three, leading by example while driving process improvements across the supply chain. Key responsibilities include: * Overseeing warehouse operations including goods-in, storage, and despatch * Managing inbound and outbound logistics to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery * Leading all procurement activity — from supplier management and negotiations to ensuring material availability * Implementing stock control processes and maintaining ERP/MRP accuracy * Driving continuous improvement, safety, and efficiency across all areas What you’ll need: * Proven experience in procurement experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment * Experience managing and motivating small teams * Strong supplier management and negotiation skills * Ideally experience within Warehouse & Logistics * ERP/MRP experience and a methodical approach to stock accuracy * Strong communication skills * Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of end-to-end processes What’s on offer: * Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience) * Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday * Holiday: 22 days bank holidays (increasing with service) * The opportunity to join a stable, growing company at an exciting point of transformation Due to the high volume of applications, we’re only able to contact those who are successful in being shortlisted
