They are currently experiencing exponential growth, with a booming client list and workload expected to push turnover into 8-figures this year. You’ll provide senior leadership across their portfolio, drive operational excellence, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards. You’ll manage projects ranging from £50k to £2m , lead project teams and subcontractors, and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business growth initiatives. We’re looking for someone with proven experience as a Project Director, Senior Project Manager, or Contracts Manager in electrical contracting, with a strong understanding of D&B workplace fit-out projects and excellent leadership skills.
