Role: Quantity Surveyor Location: Newtownabbey Hours: Full Time Mon-Fri Pay: Experience dependent An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join one of our longstanding clients, a construction business in Belfast. The Role : Reporting to the Head of Commercial, this role is responsible for the commercial delivery and contractual management of all contracted works, including remeasurement and valuation of works ensuring that commercial and contractual targets are achieved. The role will be required to commercially manage a profile of work and to ensure the maximum contribution for the company. The Requirements: BSC (Hons), HND, BTEC or relevant qualification or be time-served with equivalent experience Experience in a similar role Experience of M3, PSA or similar Schedule of Rates Experience of MTC contracts or detailed measurement Commercially and operationally aware on delivery of works Desired criteria: Experience of NEC suite of contracts Experience of social housing contracts Experience in commercial delivery of small medium electrical projects Experience in review and approval of sub-contractor payments Knowledge and understanding of sub-contractor management If this position is interesting to you, and you have experience, or think you can fill the role of Project manager hit apply now!
