Solution Architect – Azure / Databricks (with .NET understanding) Hybrid | 1 day per week in Madrid or Barcelona Up to €70,000 Package We’re hiring a Solution Architect in Spain for a leading European Financial Services group, focused on Azure-native, data-driven platforms (Databricks / Data Lake / event-driven design). You don’t need to be coding, but you must understand .NET Core well enough to engage with engineering teams. The role Architect Azure-first data & integration solutions (Databricks, Event Hub, APIs, Functions). Drive modernisation and migration from legacy services into cloud-native platforms. Bridge architecture with engineering, ensuring delivery is practical and scalable. Lead technical governance and solution design across multiple teams. You bring Strong experience with Azure Cloud (Databricks or similar is a big plus). Solid background in data, microservices or event-driven architectures. Ability to speak the language of .NET teams even if you’re no longer coding. Fluent English (German is a bonus).
