Job Description

Would you like to apply your technical knowledge while supporting the daily operations of a dynamic and growing office? We are looking for a proactive, organized, and service-oriented person who can provide basic IT support to users while assisting with the day-to-day management of the office. Main responsibilities: IT Support (Helpdesk L1): Provide first-level technical support for users (hardware, software, and connectivity issues) Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and software. Record all maintenance and troubleshooting activities. Create and manage user accounts and access permissions. Assist the IT team with preventive maintenance and general support tasks. Stay up to date with new technologies and best practices in IT support. Office Support: Receive and handle deliveries, mail, and packages. Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors. Support the organization of meetings, visits, and internal events. Assist with basic administrative tasks and ensure smooth daily office operations. Act as a point of contact for general office needs and staff requests. Requirements: · CFGM in Sysadmin or similar · Previous experience in office support, administrative roles, IT Support / Helpdesk · Fluent in Spanish - English (B2) · Communication skills, customer contact.
