This Position reports to: Continuous Improvement Leader ABB is searching for a dynamic, relationship-oriented, Product Specialist with strong backgrounds in both internal communication/collaboration and industry-relevant experience in Spare Parts and Switchgear components. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support Electrification\'s Service Sales division, largely focusing on spare parts enquiry, with fast speed of execution. This person will ensure, guide, and influence the entire customer supply process, implementation and execution, to achieve a high level of service quality, operational efficiency, on-time delivery, parts order growth, and customer satisfaction. Candidates for this position must be able to work an onsite, in-person schedule in ABB\'s Florence, SC facility. You will be mainly accountable for: Improves service parts availability, provides training, and develops capabilities and competencies for quick turnaround of parts and sub-assemblies while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer focus. Accountable to build an effective, capable, and high-performing organization for parts business within Service organization including working with the business process manager(s) to optimize systems used to quote, book and fulfill parts; the creation, implementation, and reviewing of complete parts business operations strategy for the modernization business within Electrification Service division. Works with region leaders and project managers to identify customer needs and evolution of market requirements with parts business, eliminating pain points. Collaborate with internal teams (i.e. Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Research & Development, Supply Chain, and Logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction. Accountable for a sustainable and effective end-to-end value-chain for the area of responsibility, from customer to supplier and from order to delivery of parts / products, including support with parts for project execution. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in business administration (or related) or significant relevant industry experience in lieu of degree. 2 years in electrical switchgear project order handling / project management or industrial parts management; experience in service operations is a plus. Similar and acceptable experience in similar industry and/or products will be accepted if applicable. Good understanding of Switchgear Service Parts and proactive approach on parts management for switchgear service business and customer (strongly preferred) Experience with switchgear operations, service parts operations management (strongly preferred) Familiarity with switchgear components (breakers, parts, relays, busbars & accessories, etc.) (strongly preferred) Skilled user of ERP (SAP - required), inventory management systems, e-commerce platforms (Empower, eConfig, etc.), Advanced Excel are a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proactive approach to lead tasks assigned with excellent communication and problem-solving skills Candidates must be already authorized to work for ABB in the US Additional Information We empower you to take the lead, share bold ideas, and shape real outcomes. While base salary is determined by qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $XX and $XX annually and is bonus eligible.
