What you’ll be doing Stay hands-on with the codebase: conduct reviews, pair program, and contribute code where it matters most. Mentor and support engineers in their professional development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, well-engineered solutions. Identify and lead initiatives to improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability. Champion engineering best practices and help foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement. What we’re looking for Extensive experience in software engineering, with a strong record of technical leadership. Deep understanding of modern software engineering practices, tools, and system architecture. Strong proficiency in C# and experience building robust, scalable applications. Proven ability to deliver high-quality software in complex environments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Passion for mentoring, teaching, and helping others grow. A hands-on mindset – comfortable contributing to code as well as providing technical guidance. Desirable Active involvement in the developer community. Open-source contributions or technical writing.
