Role Overview: Location: South West London (Hybrid) Package: £45,000 - £60,000 Commission Benefits Industry: HR Tech / Talent Assessment What You’ll Be Doing: Manage and grow relationships with small to mid-sized clients, driving usage across a world-class assessment portfolio. Qualify inbound leads quickly and effectively, identifying opportunities to expand through cross-sell and upsell. Run complete sales cycles — from first contact through to close — managing multiple short-cycle deals simultaneously. Proactively generate new business through outbound outreach and follow-up on marketing campaigns. Maintain an accurate and active pipeline in HubSpot, providing regular forecasts and insight to the Sales Director. Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to ensure an exceptional end-to-end client experience. Share client feedback and market insights to help refine products and go-to-market strategies. Main Skills Needed: 2–4 years’ experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within HR tech, SaaS, or professional services. Proven track record managing high-volume pipelines and short sales cycles. Excellent communication, consultative selling, and presentation skills. Confident using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) to manage activity and reporting. Commercially minded, organised, and target-driven.
