What You’ll Do You’ll be the heartbeat of our Health and Safety operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Your responsibilities will include: ✅ Providing administrative and clerical support to the Health & Safety team ✅ Managing documentation and records (training matrices, reports, uploads to Themis) ✅ Analysing data trends to spot opportunities for improvement ✅ Taking accurate minutes in meetings ✅ Liaising with project teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders ✅ Supporting onboarding and induction processes for new starters No two days are the same — you’ll be right at the centre of making our workplace safer, smarter, and more efficient. What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who’s organised, proactive, and ready to make an impact. You’ll bring: Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint — Publisher/Visio a bonus!) Excellent organisational and communication skills Confidence with data and reporting A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn Experience in a construction or project-based environment is a plus — but passion and attention to detail matter most.
