Litigation Associate – Fraud & Cross-Border Disputes, London The Opportunity A leading Litigation team with a truly international footprint is looking to hire an ambitious and experienced Litigation associate to join its growing Cross-Border Disputes team. This is a rare opportunity to work on some of the most high-value, complex, and confidential matters in the global disputes space. The Role You will work closely with a highly regarded partner on a wide range of matters, including: High-profile fraud and asset recovery litigation (including current mandates valued at £1.5bn and £750m respectively) Cross-border disputes involving government entities and financial institutions Matters with a strong international dimension, particularly in the Middle East and Africa Work will include aspects of international arbitration, corruption, and reputational risk. Key Requirements 5 PQE (flexible depending on experience) Strong experience in civil fraud litigation is essential Exposure to arbitration and/or insolvency litigation is advantageous, but not required Comfortable working on matters involving overseas clients (90% of client base is international) Able to manage sensitive and confidential matters with discretion Must be able to work on cases not involving acting against banks due to client conflicts.
