Job Description
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation programmes across international retail operations. Define and implement governance frameworks, steering committees, and delivery structures. Partner with executive stakeholders to align technology and business strategy. Drive delivery of ERP, retail, supply chain, finance, and HR systems (Oracle Retail, Fusion, Azure). Build and scale high-performing delivery teams across global regions. Develop operating models, change roadmaps, and capability uplift plans. Ensure financial integrity, budget control (~£50M), and measurable benefit realisation. Deliver repeatable deployment models balancing standardisation with local needs. Required Experience & Qualifications 20 years of progressive experience in programme and transformation delivery. Proven experience in retail and consumer sectors (grocery, FMCG, wholesale). Strong expertise in Oracle Retail, Oracle Fusion, and Azure cloud platforms. Demonstrated success managing budgets of £50M and teams over 200 people. In-depth knowledge of business process reengineering, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
