Senior Deployment Specialist (Transmit Secure) Location: Cardiff / Hybrid (1–2 days per week on site) Contract Type: 6-month contract (with potential for extension) Start Date: ASAP Overview A leading organisation is seeking a Senior Deployment Specialist to lead the end-to-end deployment of an enterprise authentication platform – Transmit Secure. This role will suit an experienced technical professional with a strong background in authentication modernisation and platform integration within complex enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Lead the deployment and integration of authentication and identity platforms across large-scale enterprise environments. Apply expertise in authentication modernisation, with preference for candidates who have experience deploying platforms such as Transmit Secure, Okta, Ping Identity, or ForgeRock. Collaborate with security architects, infrastructure engineers, and application owners to ensure smooth integration with existing systems. Design and execute detailed deployment plans, including timelines, resource management, and risk mitigation strategies. Provide hands-on technical guidance throughout installation, configuration, testing, and production rollout. Diagnose and resolve complex deployment issues in collaboration with internal teams and third-party vendors. Produce comprehensive documentation detailing configuration, deployment procedures, and integration frameworks. Deliver training sessions and conduct knowledge transfer activities to ensure ongoing operational readiness. Key Skills & Experience Proven track record in deploying authentication or identity management solutions within enterprise environments. Experience with Transmit Secure, Okta, Ping Identity, or ForgeRock. Strong understanding of security, infrastructure, and integration best practices. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
