Assembly Production Operative

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in learning new skills and have a keen eye for detail. Having a positive attitude learning new skills whilst being able to take on feedback to improve performance and enable improvement. Working within assembly you will be working as part of a team trimming and building a varied range of seating systems for commercial industries. Ideal candidate Be able to work in a physically demanding role Manual dexterity Attention to detail Duties include Using various upholstery techniques to cover interior seating for commercial vehicles using various hand and air operated tools. Working as part of a team within the production line area and working to timed deadlines Ability to follow work instructions, quality check processes and procedures and health & safety guidelines Teamwork, productivity, attitude and attendance are all important to this role in maintaining the success of the company. Hours of Work Monday to Thursday 6am to 16:15pm (39 hours per week, overtime as/when required)
