Associate Solicitor

Real Estate, 2-4 PQE, London We have direct instructions on a new Commercial Real Estate role, for a candidate with ideally 2-4 PQE (although those with up to 5–6 PQE will be considered), to join the dynamic and growing team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with highly regarded partners on a variety of high-value, complex transactions. You will take a lead role with major clients and will have the chance to contribute meaningfully to business development and client strategy. The opportunity Take a lead role on key transactions and client relationships Coordinate with wider teams (construction, planning, litigation) Supervise and support junior colleagues across the team Drive business development. Qualities sought A strong commercial real estate background Experience managing transactions from end to end Confident client handler, with ambition to develop relationships and grow business Team player, with a proactive, can-do attitude. Working Environment The agile working policy requires team members to be in the office 2–3 days per week. Minimum chargeable hours are 1300 annually.
