Associate Solicitor

Commercial Real Estate, London, 4-7 PQE (Development focus) One of our key clients is looking to bring on board a talented Commercial Real Estate Associate/ Senior Associate with between 4-7 years’ experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work on some of the most interesting and complex development and regeneration projects in the market. This role will offer a diverse mix of development and investment work, with a strong emphasis on acting for developers. You will be trusted to lead on high-value, often complex transactions and will be given opportunities for meaningful client contact from day one. Key aspects of the role include: Site assembly and acquisition strategy Development constraint analysis Rights of light and title matters Funding arrangements Conditional contracts and pre-lets Overage and planning conditionality. You will also play a key role in supervising junior team members, working collaboratively across departments and supporting the continued growth of the team’s practice.
