Construction Disputes – Supervising Associate - 3-5 PQE - London My client is growing its Construction disputes team and is looking for a Supervising Associate to join. Hands-on experience with NEC and FIDIC. Comfortable in the TCC and with adjudication (essential). Arbitration experience (ICC, LCIA, etc.) would be great. Some knowledge of international enforcement ? Even better. Fire safety experience? Bonus points. A background in top-tier insurance or construction work. Commercially smart. Academically strong. Genuinely enthusiastic. Just as important: You are someone who: Wants to get stuck in – with clients, cases and the wider team.
