Damp and Mould Surveyor

I am currently assisting a client within the West Midlands area that is currently hiring for a Damp and Mould surveyor position with a focus on delivering proactive and details diagnosis. The most ideal candidates will have a history of working within local authorities and/or Housing Associations to assess Damp, Mould and Condensation cases. Responsibilities Help on disrepairs casework and prepare the client for Awaabs Law and beyond Regularly inspect properties and scope works Undertake diagnosis of all DMC issues so issues can be properly rectified Requirements Experience in DMC issues and remedial actions Knowledge on Awaabs Law in theory and application Package 6-month contract Negotiable rate DOE Hybrid/Flexible working Potential for extension For more information on the role please contact me – Anyone looking to apply, please reply with an up-to-date CV.
