An excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership and customer service skills who is ready to take on additional responsibility. After a successful 3-month temporary period, there is potential for a permanent role at an increased rate. Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Recycling Team Leader position: Supervise and support onsite staff in daily operations Provide excellent customer service to all visitors on site Direct customers to the correct allocated bays Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures at all times Carry out general cleaning and maintenance duties around the site Suitable applicants for the Assistant Recycling Team Leader position must: Have access to your own vehicle with mileage being reimbursed by the client Be a reliable and committed individual with flexibility to work across different sites as required. Available for an immediate start is desirable Must be physically fit and have the ability to complete work outdoors in all weather conditions The Assistant Recycling Team Leader position boasts a pay rate of £12.60 per hour working on a full time, 40 hours basis; with the opportunity for an increased pay rate and permanent contract after 3 months.
