Global Customer Support Advisor Jobs in Andover at Stannah Join Our Team! We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Customer Support Advisor to join Stannah, based in Andover. This job will involve delivering world-class support to our global distributors, ensuring enquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for managing distributor accounts, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellent customer service. As the Global Customer Support Advisor, you will work 37 hours per week. Your working hours are 08:00 to 16:45 Monday to Thursday, 08:00 to 13:00 Friday. This is a permanent contract. This is a great opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, global environment and is passionate about delivering top-tier support experiences. Global Customer Support Advisor Responsibilities: Manage and support global distributor accounts throughout the order process Provide prompt, professional support via phone, email, or other platforms Accurately log all distributor issues using CRM software, investigate and provide resolution Troubleshoot product or service-related issues, coordinating with internal teams Identify and report recurring issues for continuous service improvement Global Customer Support Advisor Requirements: 2 to 4 years of customer support experience, ideally in a global or multicultural setting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in CRM and customer service platforms Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities High level of empathy and a customer-first approach If you have previous experience working as a Global Customer Support Advisor, or in roles such as Customer Service Representative or International Support Specialist, and are looking for a new opportunity in Andover, please click the "Apply Now" button or contact us for further information.
