CNC Setter/ Operator

Job: CNC Setter/ Operator Hours: 06:00 – 18:00, Monday to Thursday Area: Redditch Contract Type : Permanent Salary: £14ph maybe more DOE Join a long-established and growing manufacturing company in Redditch as a CNC Operator/Setter and benefit from a 4-day week! Key Responsibilities Operate 4- and 5-axis CNC machines to produce precision components for the aerospace, automotive, and defence sectors Maintain high-quality standards through regular self-inspection using gauges and measuring equipment Ensure production targets are met while maintaining efficiency and accuracy Follow all company health, safety, and quality procedures Skills & Experience Proven experience operating CNC milling machining centres Familiarity with Heidenhain controls (desirable) Strong understanding of measurement and inspection tools A proactive, positive approach to work, learning, and teamwork Good Maths Ideally, an Engineering qualification What's on Offer Permanent, full-time role with a 4-day working week (Mon–Thurs) Competitive hourly rate and long-term job security Ongoing training and genuine career progression opportunities Get in touch for more information.
