Job Summary We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive PTP Officer to join our Global Finance Services (GFS) team. In this role, you’ll focus on reconciling suppliers, preparing payment orders, and resolving discrepancies related to virtual card transactions. You’ll work closely with internal teams and bank representatives—communicating primarily in writing—to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong accounting background, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for solving problems in a fast-paced, international environment. Job Responsibilities Bank Reconciliation & Payment Execution Analyze and reconcile open items in SAP related to VCC trade suppliers, resolving disputes and queries Execute payments Review aged open items and ensure accurate financial postings Issue Resolution & Communication Communicate with bank representatives to resolve file errors, mismatches, or missing data Support chargeback-related tasks when needed Escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely follow-up Audit & Compliance Support Assist with internal and external audits Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies Process Optimization Identify and suggest improvements to reconciliation and payment processes Ensure data accuracy across internal systems including SAP, Tableau, and external bank platforms Required Skills Strong analytical and reconciliation skills Good written communication in English, Spanish or Portuguese Proactive, solution-oriented mindset Intermediate Excel and SAP skills Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI is a plus Required Qualifications and Experience Background in accounting or finance Experience in management accounting or financial operations Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities At HBX Group, we believe that diversity drives innovation and makes travel a force for good.
