Wat je gaat doen What You’ll DoYou’ll help prepare our famous Gouda cheese for supermarkets. It’s hands-on work in a clean, modern factory – and your effort really makes a difference. Your tasks: Lift and move cheese blocks (up to 15 kg) Use a machine to shave off the crust Stack cleaned cheese on pallets Move pallets with an EPT Keep your workspace clean and safe Work together with your team to meet daily goals Work Schedule You’ll work in 3 shifts: Morning: 06:00 – 14:00 Afternoon: 14:00 – 22:00 Night: 22:00 – 06:00 Wat we je bieden We reward your hard work with great benefits: Hourly pay: €17.23 bonuses Shift bonuses: 30% evenings (18:00 - 22:00), 40% nights (22:00 - 07:00) Performance bonus: up to €2.00/hour Holiday pay: 8.33% Travel allowance Full-time job (36–40 hours/week) Chance for a permanent contract Training opportunities, like EPT certification Functie-eisen Physically fit (able to lift up to 15 kg) Available for all 3 shifts Own transport and housing EPT experience is a plus – or willing to learn Basic education (vmbo-level) and interest in production work Over het bedrijf Uniekaas is the oldest cheese brand in the Netherlands, located in Kaatsheuvel.
