Production Worker – Uniekaas (3 Shifts)

Wat je gaat doen You’ll work in the Shaver Department, where big blocks of cheese (up to 15 kg) are prepared for supermarkets. It’s hands-on work, and your effort really counts! Your tasks: Place cheese blocks on your workstation Use a machine to remove the crust Move cheese with an EPT (we’ll train you!) Keep your area clean and safe Work Schedule You’ll work in 3 shifts: Morning: 06:00 – 14:00 Afternoon: 14:00 – 22:00 Night: 22:00 – 06:00 Wat we je bieden We reward hard work with great benefits: Hourly pay: €17.23 up to €26.12 (including bonuses) Shift bonuses: 30% for evenings (18:00 - 22:00), 40% for nights (22:00- 07:00) Performance bonus: up to €2.00/hour Holiday pay: 8.33% Full-time job with a chance for a permanent contract Training opportunities, like EPT certification Friendly and supportive team On-site help from Start People 3 days a week daily WhatsApp support Functie-eisen What You Need Able to do physical work (lifting up to 20 kg) Available for all 3 shifts Own transport and housing EPT experience is a plus – or willing to learn Over het bedrijf Uniekaas is the oldest cheese brand in the Netherlands.
