Growth Mindset: Embrace continuous learning, resilience, and adaptability to thrive. Why the role exists We operate across US/UK/EU with multiple 3PL partners and Shopify to WMS integrations. We need a detail‑oriented Operations Executive to keep inventory and order flows clean, maintain data, and support some production/procurement related activities so we can scale with fewer errors and faster decisions. Key Responsibilities: Inventory & Stock Maintain daily visibility of stock across all warehouses/markets; update inventory trackers. Reconcile WMS/3PL stock, investigate variances, and close actions. Flag out-of-stock/low-stock risks with proposed mitigations. Orders & Customer Ops (D2C & Wholesale) Proactively monitor order queues and exceptions with a strong focus on avoiding backorders. Ensure D2C orders are fulfilled correctly and on time; track and resolve on-time fulfilment issues with 3PLs/couriers. Support B2B/wholesale processes, shipment documentation preparation (commercial invoices, packing lists and delivery notes) and coordinate store/retail partner deliveries. Shipping & Logistics Coordinate inbound POs by raising ASN’s, keeping abreast of freight forwarder deliveries and 3PLs; keeping everyone aligned on timelines/ETAs. Track sea/air shipments and report statuses against plans; while escalating delays with data. Liaise with 3PLs on outbound fulfilment; monitor SLA performance (OTD, CFR) and drive fixes for repeated issues. Communicating with 3PL partners and carriers to chase issues, align on timelines, and unblock shipments. Data, Reporting & Systems Contribute to daily/weekly KPI updates Clean and merge CSV exports; maintain Google Sheets dashboards (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, FILTER, pivots). Perform basic hygiene checks on Shopify/WMS syncs. Process Improvement & Projects Take a key role in our upcoming ERP implementation helping to shape the future of Ripple⁺. Contribute to longer‑term projects (e.g., new market expansion, 3PL transitions, packaging/logistics and cost reductions). What we’re Looking For At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within FMCG or consumer goods. Advanced knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, FILTER, pivots). Clear written & verbal communicator. Confident with 3PLs/carriers Highly organised and detail-driven; manages multiple priorities under pressure. A proactive problem-solver that flags risks early. Experience with WMS/Shopify and 3PL portals with accurate data entry.
