Job Title: Sales Specialist Job Description: The ideal candidate will be responsible for store promotion and sales in the Philadelphia area of Pennsylvania Our Client: It is a global e-cigarette enterprise with its own independent brand. The company has three main brands. In the past six years, the first brand has rapidly risen and become the leading open brand globally. One of its flagship products' series has continuously won the open sales championship in the e-cigarette industry for several consecutive years. The second brand was established in 2022 and has become one of the fastest-growing disposable brands. As of June 2024, the company's products have been exported to more than 100 countries and regions around the world, and have gained a good reputation among over 20 million users globally. Main Responsibilities: 1. Visit the tobacco stores in the designated area personally. Provide product function training and conduct product demonstrations to introduce our products to the store owners. Set up sales display racks in the stores. 2. Assist the store owners in purchasing products and providing samples. 3. Collect necessary information through in-store conversations and surveys, with a focus on customer preferences and store feedback. 4. Provide marketing materials and maintain relationships with distributors. Coordinate promotional activities in the distributors' warehouses. Monitor the PSI of the distributors. 5. Conduct market and consumer research to support the company's initiatives. 6. Attend exhibitions and events, represent the brand and interact with customers. 7. Submit reports on market insights and performance indicators weekly and monthly. Qualifications: 1. Prefer candidates with customer service and/or sales experience. 2. Have extensive knowledge of the vape industry, especially in product types such as disposable products, pod systems, and box mods. (More preferable, but not necessary.) 3. Possess strong listening, communication, presentation, and social skills. 4. Willing to travel frequently and willing to build one's career in the e-cigarette industry.
