About the role of Quantity Surveyor As Quantity Surveyor, you will be a no2 on a 4 phase project consisting of 2 bedroom homes in South East London with easy transport links. Initially, you will be managing the procurement. There will be an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who you will report into and receive support from if needed. You will also assist the Junior Surveyor giving you a chance to contribute to training and mentoring. They are looking for someone to start by February 2026. This is a permanent, full-time, site based role. The company are a leading UK developer and the busiest in London with over £1bn in assets. They are very financially stable and have good margins on projects leading to good bonuses for you!
