Job Title: CSCS Labourer with FLT Counterbalance License - Coalville Location: Coalville, Leicestershire Rate: £18 - £20 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 45-50 hours per week Contract Type: 2 Months Overview LRL Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced CSCS Labourer with a valid FLT Counterbalance License to join a major project in Coalville. Role and Responsibilities As a Labourer with FLT duties, you will play a key role in supporting site operations. Daily duties will include: Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently to move materials across site. Assisting with general labouring duties , including site preparation, assisting trades, moving equipment, and maintaining site cleanliness. Supporting the site team with day-to-day requirements to ensure smooth project delivery. Adhering to all site health & safety policies and procedures at all times. Requirements To be considered for this role, candidates must have: A valid CSCS Card . A current FLT Counterbalance License . Previous site experience in a similar role. Two recent references. Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well as part of a team. What We Offer Competitive hourly rate of £18 - £20 per hour . Regular hours, Monday to Friday (45-50 hours per week).
