Senior Estates Manager

They own and manage a uniquely diverse commercial and operational property estate, and we're now looking for a confident, commercially driven Senior Estates Manager to join their team. This role offers real influence, visible impact and the chance to work on a high-profile estate where no two days are the same. What you’ll be doing Taking ownership of a mixed investment and operational portfolio generating c. £6m rental income Leading lease events, rent reviews and negotiations that drive asset performance Shaping estate strategy across commercial, industrial and other assets Ensuring estate compliance, governance and risk management Building strong relationships with tenants, internal stakeholders, and external partners Leading and developing a small but capable estates team What we’re looking for MRICS qualified with experience in estates or property management Strong grounding in landlord & tenant matters Commercial thinker who enjoys unlocking value from assets Confident communicator who can engage at senior levels Hands-on, proactive and comfortable with accountability This is more than an estates role — it’s a chance to influence long-term strategy and be part of a transformation story.
