As a Telemetry RN, you will provide direct care, monitoring, and support to patients who require cardiac monitoring in a telemetry unit. Your role will involve continuous monitoring of vital signs, interpretation of telemetry readings, and prompt response to any changes in patient condition Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality, comprehensive patient care to individuals requiring cardiac monitoring in a telemetry unit - Conduct ongoing monitoring of patients' physiological parameters, such as heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and cardiac rhythm - Accurately interpret telemetry readings to identify any abnormal patterns or changes in patient condition - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Educate patients and their families on the importance of adherence to medication and lifestyle changes for cardiac health - Respond promptly to any emergencies or changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions Requirements: Active RN License (Ohio or Compact License) BLS & ACLS Certifications (AHA preferred) Minimum 2 years recent experience in Telemetry Working for Seven Healthcare: Seven Healthcare is one of the USA's most popular agencies for Telemetry, RN jobs.
